I must say that my preferred way of communication is not having the phone up to my ear but by way of texting, e-mailing, or leaving wall posts. I know, I know, I sound so impersonal. But in all honesty, it’s just easier because we stick to what needs to be said and then it’s good-bye (or in text lingo…ttyl) without the need for unnecessary rambling or silence.
In reading through my sociology reading assignments I was amazed at some text shorthand that I had not yet used or even known.
Thought I would share those I have newly discovered and ones I already know/use.
