FitDeck Exercise Playing Cards

I saw these cards in a magazine earlier today while I was waiting in the pediatrician’s office. The 56 playing card set from FitDeck look promising and look like they could be a fun way to shake things up a bit to offer a variety of different workouts. The cards are illustrated and give instructions describing over 50 different exercises, stretches, and movements.

What I like also about these cards is that there is a deck for multiple types of exercises and people (there are MANY to choose from). They even have the Superman FitDeck for kids and office set of cards for those of us confined to our desks during the day! Buy a set or two or more and use them alone or mixed together for a new program each time. For a price tag of $9.95, I think they’d be worth a buy.
